Can you use Optishot without a tee?
You can choose to practice at a driving range, which is a good idea to get a feel for how the Optishot2 works. The mat has a plastic tee (replaceable) like you might find on a driving range, although you can hit off the turf or use your own tees if you like.
How far should a screen be from a golf simulator?
For the safety of both the golfer and the integrity of the screen, we recommend standing a minimum of 12-15 feet away from the screen. To decrease your risk of bounce back and greatly reduce the chances of getting hit with a golf ball do *not* stand closer than 10-11 feet away from the screen.
How good is OptiShot?
It’s a Great Value At $299 it’s hard to make an argument that Optishot 2 isn’t an excellent bargain for golfers. You get access to a fully simulated practice range experience and 15 golf courses you can play. Overall, I believe the Optishot 2 is more of an entertainment experience for golfers.
Can you use SkyTrak without WIFI?
If you’re outside of wifi range and still wish to access online features via network mode, fear not, you still can! Can a Chromebook run OptiShot?
